We live in stressful times. War, pestilence, disease are generally difficult enough. Yet, it can be even more distressing when we suffer from personal issues that noone wants to help us with. It can be scary reaching out for help.
We can be hesitant due to fear of what may happen next. Will I be mis-diagnosed? Will I be mocked? What if they just don’t believe me?

Truly “right” and “wrong” don’t exist. They’re really just identifying symbols of how we feel. They’re merely choices with consequences.
